Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time evening server to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests. This is a great opportunity for high school students to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Record and input food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Engage with residents and guests, sharing daily menu highlights and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Friendly and energetic communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English is required.
- Weekends and holiday availability is required.
