Job Overview:

At TriHealth, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients we serve through distributive and clinical functions.

You will collaborate with other health care providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operate within policies and procedures to manage the department's clinical and consultative services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients through distributive and clinical functions
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriateness of pharmaceutical care
  • Operate within policies and procedures to manage clinical and consultative services
  • Supervise supportive team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of distributive services
  • Contribute to department projects and initiatives in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Pharmacist licensure
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations
  • 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy
