Key Responsibilities:

As a Medical Receptionist at Aspirus, you will be responsible for greeting and registering patients in a professional manner. You will schedule appointments according to established protocols and maintain accurate patient demographics. Additionally, you will provide clerical support, including answering phone calls, providing routine information, and transferring messages as needed.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office procedures, typically acquired through a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills preferred.
