Job Title: Energy Client Engagement Specialist

Join Kitsap Community Resources as an Energy Client Engagement Specialist and play a vital role in assisting income-eligible renters and homeowners with energy assistance. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients, providing exceptional service and support to help them navigate our energy programs.

Job Summary:

The Energy Client Engagement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Prescreening client eligibility for energy assistance programs
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating services with local heating vendors
  • Maintaining accurate client files and data entry
  • Preparing reports and attending staff meetings
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2.5 years of experience in a clerical field or an associate's degree with one year of experience
  • A valid Washington State driver's license
  • The ability to pass a Washington State criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well with low-income individuals and local heating vendors
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
