About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil or Mechanical Engineering Telecom Co-Op to join our team at Farnsworth Group. As a cooperative engineering student, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers on energy and utility projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and finalize design and record drawings of utility lines and related facilities
  • Conduct field visits to collect data and evaluate existing conditions
  • Prepare construction documents and administer projects
  • Estimate costs and develop material specifications
  • Provide general project and office support
Requirements
  • Pursuing a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum
  • Available to work full-time during the spring semester and summer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • MicroStation or AutoCAD experience preferred
