Job Title: Lead Controls Engineer

Job Description

This role involves leading a team of engineers responsible for PLC troubleshooting, project oversight, and delegation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechatronics and experience in project lead roles. The position is remote, with occasional travel to customers. The company offers a flexible work schedule, 45-50 hour work weeks, and 3 weeks of PTO. The location is flexible, with hubs in Grand Rapids, MI, Milwaukee, WI, Atlanta, GA, and Plano, TX. The must-have qualifications include 5 years of experience in PLC troubleshooting/editing, mechatronics, project lead experience, and S R. or lead experience. The company uses Beckoff PLC's and Jira software. The position is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension and transition to a permanent role.
