We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our home health clinical operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, plan, implement, and organize clinical operations for a home health setting
* Manage assignment of caregivers and delivery of care to patients
* Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements of third-party payers
* Supervise clinical employees and conduct performance evaluations
* Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, and maintain relationships with referral/community sources
* Coach staff, conduct staff education, and provide direction to team members
* Review patient documentation and conduct QA/PI activities
* Provide direct patient care on occasion and act as Branch Director in their absence
* Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain ongoing clinical knowledge through training programs
