About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our inclusive and growing global team in the USA or Europe. As the face of Talent Acquisition for George Clinical USA & Europe, you will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the recruitment function, partnering closely with our HR team and Head of HR located across the globe.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers, the HR team, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment briefs, designing strategies to maximize candidate and market interest in our current and future opportunities. You will oversee and build the talent acquisition process, target active and passive candidate pools, and manage external recruiters.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally from a Life Sciences or CRO background, with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in achieving recruiting KPIs and marketing campaigns. Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential, with an additional Asian language advantageous.
