Job Opportunity

Tri-State Bobcat, a leading manufacturer of compact and forestry equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, this individual will be responsible for implementing and administering various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
  • Complete onboarding of new employees, including orientations and benefit administration.
  • Attend college and high school job fairs to promote the company and attract top talent.
  • Provide support to employees at various locations, including Little Canada, Hudson, St. Croix Falls, and Owatonna.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Develop and implement performance review processes and maintain employee handbooks.
  • Oversee annual benefits open enrollment and 401K participation.
  • Maintain Workers Comp and annual Safety Evaluations for all locations.

Requirements:

  • Strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources with recruitment.
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
