Job Description
Ambitious Leader Sought for Clinical Director Role
You will be responsible for providing effective supervision, coaching, and mentorship to a team of therapists. Your expertise will be vital to the overall team growth and development in the facility and recovery homes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) in Ohio
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health and substance use treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

Physical Requirements
Must be physically able to operate various automated office machines and equipment. In most cases, physical demand requirements include standing and walking more than 80%, sitting more than 25%, some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of light to moderate weight materials, and occasionally bending/stooping.
Work Environment
Regular office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Must have flexibility and willingness to adjust the schedule occasionally in order to accommodate programmatic needs.
