About the Position

Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our team at LSS Health Center in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will provide individualized, integrated mental health services to clients experiencing mental health disorders, serious mental illness, dual diagnosis, and/or substance use issues.

You will participate in the support and implementation of effective and quality behavioral health and case management services, ensuring prompt delivery of strength-based therapeutic services, including individualized treatment plans for clients regarding behavioral health and/or recovery needs.

Foster coordination among supportive services, medical, vision, dental, and psychiatric staff, as needed, to ensure the delivery of client-focused, integrated health care.

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will also provide diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans based on diagnosis, and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record.
