About the Position

Maryhaven, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Detox Counselor Assistant/Case Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide chemical dependency and mental health counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Masters, Bachelors, or Associates degree in human service or behavioral science
  • State of Ohio certification Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) required
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a mental health or addiction treatment setting
