Job Description:

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services department, ensuring that all staff members are meeting the highest standards of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring that they are meeting the needs of clients.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure that services are meeting the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy required.
  • Licensure: LPCC, LISW, IMFT, or Ohio Psychology Board as a Psychologist required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years working in a direct care role and one year supervisory experience required.

  • Salary: $75k-$80k/yr + eligible for $5k sign-on bonus.
