The Retail Operations Supervisor is a seasoned leader responsible for overseeing daily service, sales, and operational goals within a retail location. This role emphasizes guiding a team to enhance and strengthen customer relationships by delivering TD's model of convenience, sales, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service and advice professionals to achieve individual and store objectives, ensuring exceptional customer and colleague experiences while meeting performance targets.
  • Provide daily leadership and direction to the team, ensuring effective delivery of personalized service and advice while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee complex sales advice activities that involve multiple processes and systems, demonstrating a thorough understanding of financial concepts and a wide range of products and services.
  • Drive and reinforce the team's advisory capabilities through continuous observation, coaching, and communication, ensuring proactive advice is offered based on customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offerings, and economic trends to support effective advice recommendations that empower customers financially.
  • Address critical and high-risk issues effectively, determining the best course of action for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills in sales and operational management.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Preferred experience in consumer and residential lending.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with TD Bank products and services.

  • Experience in expense management.
  • Notary License is preferred.
  • Must maintain active registration with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
