Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Charities Diocese of Fort Worth. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with veterans and their families, building strong relationships with community partners, and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outreach plans to promote Catholic Charities' mission and values among veterans and their families.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including veterans' organizations and local businesses.
  • Provide exceptional client support, including outreach, engagement, and case management services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Track and report on outreach efforts and client engagement metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with the military community preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, current Texas driver's license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to give presentations to large groups.
  • Available to work evening and weekend hours to attend community and veteran events.
  • Weekly travel throughout the service area.
