- Develop client integration roadmaps and plans to support evolving and increasingly complex product offerings.
- Verify that client operations are functioning as expected, proactively identifying potential issues and coordinating with internal technical teams for resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client technical inquiries, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with internal and client teams to determine optimal solutions.
- Enhance operational metrics through improved software solutions, processes, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned by your manager or designated representative.

You are detail-oriented and skilled at translating client needs into clear internal requests.
You expect to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise daily, seamlessly transitioning between technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
You possess an insatiable desire for learning and a drive to become an expert in products, clients, and industry trends.
You are passionate about ensuring that work is completed to a high standard, without allowing perfection to hinder progress.
