We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Network Coordinator to join our team at MedPOINT Management.

This role involves providing administrative and operational support to the Contracts Team, including managing pre- and post-negotiation activities, interfacing with various departments, and performing intermediate administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracting principles, tools, and experience in legal or paralegal processes. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year is offered to successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage provider applications, supporting documents, and Health Plan-required attestations
  • Log follow-up outcomes and status updates in the Letter of Agreement Utility
  • Perform continued follow-up activities on provider agreements and LOAs
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Team to respond to audit requests from regulatory bodies
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to MPM Employee Handbook policies

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Managed Care or Healthcare (in Network Management or Contracting)
