Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Network Support Professional to join our team at MedPOINT Management. As a key member of our Provider Network Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely provider profile creation across our Client IPA databases.

About the Role:

  • You will create and maintain accurate provider profiles in our database systems.
  • You will verify documentation from CPPA, CAQH, and other authorized sources before creating provider profiles.
  • You will collaborate with providers to gather necessary onboarding documents.
  • You will communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through email, phone calls, and written requests.
  • You will work closely with Credentialing, PNO Contract, and Network Management teams to ensure efficient provider onboarding processes.
  • You will monitor daily activities and productivity using workflow queues.
  • You will maintain accurate Client databases through regular reviews and audits.
  • You will foster open communication with Leadership regarding network changes or issues.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service to meet the satisfaction of IPA clients and contracted providers.
  • You will contribute to various mandatory projects, including data cleanup, workflow revisions, database maintenance, and other initiatives as assigned.

Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
