Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

RemX - Healthcare Solutions is seeking an exceptional RN Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization on a 12-16 week contract with potential Temp to Hire, offering a salary of approximately $80,000 per year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-notch RN candidates.
- SOURCE AND SCREEN QUALIFIED RNS THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Foster strong relationships with nursing schools and other key stakeholders to secure a consistent supply of high-quality candidates.
- Thoroughly review resumes and cover letters to identify the best fits for our clients' needs.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview processes and provide valuable feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Support the creation of job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically recruiting registered nurses.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Covid Vaccinations required.
