As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, lead generation, coordinating sales campaigns, and providing exceptional client support to assigned clients./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliDevelop a pipeline of leads through online sources, customer contacts, and social networks./liliPrioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team environment./liliBuild and manage qualifying sales opportunities./liliRecord and maintain all sales activities./liliSupport clients on a daily basis and manage client requests./liliEnsure client support exceeds Pereless quality and performance standards./liliProvide timely responses to product inquiries and qualify leads./liliAssist in identifying new sales strategies and marketing approaches./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBS in Business, Marketing, or a related field./lili2-3 years of sales experience with a minimum 1 year of software sales experience, preferably with web-based applications./liliPrevious experience selling HR applications or talent management solutions is highly desirable./liliOrganized and able to handle multiple tasks./liliProven phone sales skills./liliExceptional client relationship management skills./liliAbove-average written and verbal communication skills./liliHigh level of proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, and Salesforce./liliStrong analytical skills./li/ulpPereless Systems is an EOE employer and this position is located in our Red Bank, NJ corporate office.
