POSITION SUMMARY:

Our retail associates are enthusiastic about delivering a seamless shopping experience for our clientele. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit behaviors aligned with the Company's customer service and sales strategy, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
  • Engage in merchandise organization, restocking, and recovery tasks to uphold established presentation standards.
  • Advocate for Company initiatives, including customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, loss prevention measures, and standard operating procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, cashier roles, or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in the golf industry is a plus.
  • All team members must adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
  • Capacity to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
  • Able to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
