About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Answer customer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and recommend the right solutions.
  • Build trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays.
  • Clean store equipment.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Assist with deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
  • Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
