Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated Mechanical Assemblers to fulfill critical responsibilities, including:

  • Installation of pumps, automated valves, electric motors, fans, sensors, heat exchangers, piping, insulation, cable trays, electrical cables, and hardware.
  • Preparation and organization of part kits for assembly.
  • Shipping preparation of components and managing loading/unloading of trucks.
  • Traveling to remote locations for equipment installation, which is a vital aspect of the role and includes off-site pay, overtime, and per diem.
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and schematic drawings.
  • Utilizing cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Prioritizing tasks to meet objectives effectively.
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clear communication with technicians and engineers.
  • Adhering to all safety, 5S, and HazMat protocols.
  • Managing multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Exhibiting cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm for tackling challenging tasks.
  • Maintaining punctuality and good attendance.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills.
  • Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
The wage range for this position is between $20.00 and $40.00 per hour, with discretionary bonuses available. Employees may also receive additional compensation for off-shifts and off-site work.

Qualifications
The minimum requirement for all candidates is a high school diploma or GED. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
