  • Executing all facets of direct respiratory treatment as outlined by medical professionals.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to assess the effectiveness of therapies and offering informed suggestions.
  • Administering therapeutic interventions and conducting diagnostic assessments.
  • Overseeing and maintaining ventilators and other critical life support apparatus.
  • Reviewing existing treatment plans and providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Accurately documenting therapy sessions and outcomes.
  • Independently evaluating patient care requirements and delivering educational support.
  • Completing necessary regulatory documentation and proficiency assessments.
  • Maintaining current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
  • Required certifications include: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.
Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates repetitive physical tasks and the capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds. You must be adept at moving patients across various age groups and adaptable to diverse working environments.

Skills:

Strong communication and critical thinking abilities are essential for success in this role.
