Job Description:
- Manage and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Coordinate with employees and departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system, ensuring proper account allocation.
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
