Position Overview: As a Hybrid Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity for in-office collaboration and engagement.
Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Assist in payroll tax calculations and filings
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in payroll administration
Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
