A2C is a leading provider of top-tier talent solutions, founded by technology leaders with over 30 years of innovation experience. We are seeking a skilled Technical Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Center City, Philadelphia.


Job Description:


As a Recruiter at A2C, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various IT roles. This is a Staff-Aug recruiter role, focusing on contract staff-augmentation positions for enterprise-level accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and attract top technical talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Work effectively with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to track and manage candidate submissions and performance metrics.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.


Qualifications:


  • Must have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have experience in Staff-Augmentation, particularly working on Contract positions for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively screen candidates for technical skills.
  • Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work onsite in Center City, Philadelphia 2-3 days per week.
