Home Health Caregiver

About the Role
As a Home Health Aide with Salo, Inc., you will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
- Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documenting findings
- Aiding with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Requirements
- One year of verifiable health aide or healthcare experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
