Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Always Best Care Madison.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, managing relationships with caregivers and clients, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care needs, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties
  • Train caregivers on site and manage relationships with clients, caregivers, and POAs
  • Ensure clients receive quality care according to our high standards
  • Work with diverse client types and perform caregiver introductions and meet & greets
  • Build client care plans, files, and in-home binders
  • Match clients with the right caregivers and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be patient, have good decision-making and crisis management skills, and be willing to drive clients
  • Must have reliable transportation, current auto liability insurance, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to use technology necessary to perform job responsibilities and communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to write reports, present information, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, POAs, and the general public
