At Comfort Keepers - Madison, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors in their own homes.

As a Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will provide one-on-one assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in their homes
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Perform duties as assigned on the personal care service plan
  • Help clients with all personal care functions as needed
  • Keep clients' environments clean and organized
  • Remind clients to take self-administered medications

Requirements:

  • PCA, HHA, and CNA license or at least one year of professional caregiving experience
  • Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required
  • Open availability strongly preferred
  • Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
  • Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
