As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Account Manager with essential business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Account Manager in overseeing fundamental business activities.
- Provide daily assistance for the Department Store sector within Intimate Apparel.
- Forecast monthly shipping projections for key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance across account bases, tracking weekly and door sales, seasonal turnover, and profit margins.
- Analyze market trends and product opportunities to enhance overall business performance.
- Manage all account-related issues, including MKD's, credit discrepancies, mis-shipments, and the RTV process.
- Create and maintain departmental logs related to shipping, cancellations, discounts, and more.
- Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure smooth shipping operations for the buying teams.
- Oversee the EDI process to streamline communication and transactions.
- Build and track monthly Open-to-Buy (OTB) reports by account, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Organize and conduct monthly conference calls with accounts to discuss performance and strategies.
- Lead seasonal market appointments, managing the preparation, scheduling, and order processes from start to finish.
- Support advertising initiatives by collaborating with creative and sample teams.
- Conduct quarterly store visits to assess performance and gather insights.
- Assist in the management of merchandise directives and training programs.
