Job Title: Clinical Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Provider to join our team at Texas Tech University. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support services under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months experience working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in a clinical setting and be fluent in Spanish both reading and spoken with the ability to communicate with diverse populations. Additionally, they will possess knowledge of basic computer skills, be CPR certified, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic nursing care and services to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or physician
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide education on healthcare practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This salary is reflective of the importance of this role within our organization and the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
