MOLARI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to support our Facilities team on a temporary basis. This 13-week position will be responsible for answering phones, receiving and assigning work order requests for multiple buildings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Receive and assign work order requests for multiple buildings
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the Director of Facilities and Department Directors in coordinating workload and maintaining communication between Facilities and departments
- Work independently and take direction as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Business or secretarial training/experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, and radios
- Ability to work with multiple crews and contractors
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer literacy and ability to plan, implement, and evaluate change
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Flexibility to cover office for vacations
- Good verbal and telephone communication skills
