Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning floors, and emptying trash bins.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by effectively communicating with customers, making product recommendations, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
Requirements
  • Age 21 or older
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Effective communication and math skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable and responsible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
