As a Taxi Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our passengers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assigning calls to Taxi Drivers, and providing directions to drivers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls; assisting all callers
Communicate and assign calls to Taxi Drivers
Retrieve maps and assist drivers with directions and paperwork
Book transportation
Perform clerical functions, data entry, filing
Perform other duties as needed
