Job Opportunity

Lane Valente Industries, a leading international construction and facility maintenance company, is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Traveling Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing commercial renovations and construction projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform commercial renovations and buildouts
  • Operate basic computer skills for project management and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities, including measurements, pictures, and recommendations for future repairs
  • Work overtime and/or on-call as needed to meet project deadlines and emergency situations
  • Travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance
  • Proficiency in carpentry, including partition framing, metal/wood studs, cabinetry, countertops, doors, and windows
  • Basic knowledge of painting, including interior and exterior work
  • Basic knowledge of flooring, including VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, including sink, faucet, toilet, and drainage installation
  • Basic knowledge of electrical work, including light fixtures, switches, outlets, and data connections
