Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at American Restoration Operations LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry services, ensuring high-quality results, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carpentry Services: Perform a variety of finish and rough carpentry services, including interior and exterior framing, window and door installation, siding, roofing, stairs, handrails, decks, floor systems, drywall, and cabinet fabrication.
  • Project Management: Accurately interpret plan specifications, ensure proper selection and installation of materials, and make sound decisions to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Promote a cooperative team environment, identify and solve problems, and work collaboratively with residents, clients, customers, and Charter personnel.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure and promote proper safety protocols to minimize exposure to health and safety risks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three to seven years of related work experience as a multi-skilled carpenter/craftsman.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in carpentry services, ability to inspect, repair, install, modify, rebuild, construct, and maintain carpentry services, and good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA 10 and other safety certifications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
