Job Description

Job Summary:

Peak Resources is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address resident concerns
  • Supervise and direct nursing assistants to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current BLS CPR certification, including in-person skills assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
