We are actively seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A) to fill full-time and part-time positions across various shifts. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Incentives:

Peak Resources Alamance is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time Certified Nursing Assistants.

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will deliver essential daily nursing care and services tailored to each resident's assessment and care plan, under the guidance of the nursing team. This role may also encompass administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • Current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in computer operations
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a CNA
