A reputable Commercial General Contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator to join their team. With a rich history of over half a century, this company has established itself as a leader in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design/Build services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bid day preparation and coordination
  • Develop and maintain strong preconstruction relationships
  • Review and analyze bid documents, including plans and specifications
  • Ensure accurate and efficient job folder organization
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop conceptual budgets and project costs based on quantity surveys

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed Commercial General Contractor on projects exceeding $10M
  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience
