As a Senior Commercial Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate estimates and budgets for various commercial construction projects, including educational, healthcare, and multifamily buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate information and ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to determine project costs and produce detailed estimates.
  • Utilize a range of programs and software to generate accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Diverse commercial background and experience with a range of programs and software.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
