Job Summary:

A Brighter Future Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Homecare Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Schedule and manage client care to ensure quality service and patient satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate schedules, enter client and staff information, and provide technical support as needed
    • Audit chart records to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma, experience in Customer Service, and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, an IT Specialist background is preferred, with knowledge of basic scheduling, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
