Job Title: HOME HEALTH AIDE - CNA

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care and coordination of homecare services.

  • Please note that a high school diploma or equivalency, successful completion of a Board of Nursing approved training program, and current listing with the division of Facility Services Registry is required.

A full-time position is available in Cumberland County, and we offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate homecare services.
  • Document patient care accurately and completely in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • One year of patient care and record keeping experience in an acute care or custodial setting.
  • Documented proof of at least 75 certified education hours.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
