Job Summary:
White Glove Placement is seeking a skilled RN - Home Health - UAS Assessments Specialist to join our team. As a RN - Home Health - UAS Assessments Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assessments in a home health setting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience
• BCLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS certification according to specialty assigned
