Baptist Health seeks a skilled Wound, Ostomy and Continence RN to promote high-quality patient care through clinical care, consultation, and patient education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound, skin, and continence care, with experience in education and certification in WOCN.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized care for patients with wound, skin, and continence needs
- Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
- Coordinating plan of care with healthcare team
- Developing and implementing education programs for patients and staff
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license in Kentucky
- Certified Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification
- Minimum of two years experience in nursing
- Experience in education preferred
