Job Summary

Certified Nursing Assistant

Lexington Country Place is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care and services to our residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Personalized Service Plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Respond to resident call bells promptly and take appropriate action, including resetting call bells.
  • Participate in service plan review meetings with families as requested and follow the hydration schedule established for residents.
  • Initiate, assign, and assist with activities, as appropriate, and check all assigned residents daily for cleanliness, appropriate clothing, and any continence issues.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant

High school education preferred and may be required by the state. SC State CNA licensure is required. Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals is preferred. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours is required.
