Job Description

The Business Customer Service Representative is responsible for spearheading the company's consumer outreach efforts and providing strategic direction and day-to-day management of the function. This role will be instrumental in building the brand and growth strategy for Visionary Marketing CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to determine trends, industry needs, and customer preferences to optimize product and related service planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and ensure a full understanding of communications objectives.
  • Build brand equity with consumers, franchisees, and employees to maintain the company's differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Enhance existing customer/market data to build a customer base, increase repeat customers, reduce defectors, and cross-market among all channels.
  • Provide strategic direction to drive targeted revenue through the development and deployment of specific marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Ability to commute to the office daily.
