Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator

Bento is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development & Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of core services to our business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and conduct new warehouse orientations for Costco locations to ensure seamless integration.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with warehouse managers and receiving teams at each retail partner location, serving as the company's primary liaison.
- Perform regular site visits to Costco locations to ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any quality concerns at retail locations promptly.
- Complete and submit detailed field operations reports for each visit.
- Coordinate with locations to resolve delayed deliveries.
- Collect and analyze sales data to provide insights during daily onsite meetings.
- Support the Account Management and Business Development teams in various operational capacities.
- Collect and analyze sales data for ALL Costco US, Trader Joe's, and Kroger (West Coast).
- Generate reports and insights based on sales data for daily onsite meetings.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and submission of daily orders.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in a related role or industry preferred.
- Must be able to drive to our customer's locations and have a clean driver's abstract.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects within assigned deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with strong attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work as part of a team; possesses a solution-oriented and positive attitude.
