About the Guest Services Position

The Guest Services position will interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at MGM Music Hall Fenway. This role will be responsible for delivering exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty, adapting to customer needs, and referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Additionally, this role will solicit sales of new or additional services or products and keep records of customer interactions or transactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years in customer service and communications, strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs. This position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
