About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner to join our leadership team at Demand. As a key member of our organization, you'll drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and directly contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency across the company
  • Lead the recruitment process for key positions, collaborating with hiring managers and external partners
  • Manage the company's OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, ensuring alignment and progress tracking
  • Oversee office operations and enhance the work environment for optimal productivity
  • Drive the implementation of new technologies and systems to support business growth
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams
  • Manage relationships with key external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, strategy, or a related field. You should have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, excellent project management abilities, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Must-Haves:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in high-growth tech companies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent project management abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
